【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiesananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationof3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolinoneinthefoodsimulantswater,3%w/vaqueousaceticacid,15%v/vaqueousethanolandoliveoilorapprovedsubstitute.Thelevelof3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolinonedetermined,isexpressedasmilligramsof3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolinoneperkilogramoffoodorfoodsimulant.Themethodisapplicabletothequantitativedeterminationof3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolinoneinanapproximateanalyteconcentrationrangeof0,18mg/kgto4/kgoffoodsimulants.NOTE1Themethodshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastotheotherfattyfoodsimulantse.g.amixtureofsynthetictriglyceridesorsunfloweroil.NOTE2Thesuitabilityofthefatsimulantshouldbeassessedpriortosettingupmigrationtests.Oliveoilhasbeenfoundtogiveunacceptableinterferenceinsomecases.
